Disappointing experience. Had reserved a table for lunch and pre-ordered the Peking Duck the day before. When seated, we received all the accoutrements to the Peking Duck. Unfortunately, the accoutrements were sitting at our table untouched for nearly 1.5 hours as that's how long we had to wait for the duck to arrive. At that point, we decided to leave as it was a complete waste of time and completely ruined our Family Day experience. Added to this experience was the absolute lack of service and attention: -Had to call someone over to refill our glasses. In the 1.5 hours we sat at the table, only once did someone ask us how were doing and that was only after I asked them to please refill our drinks. I'm not asking to be doted on repeatedly throughout lunch, but I'm also not expecting to be ignored throughout the entire time I'm there -The table next to us who showed up a good 10 - 20 minutes after we had arrived, received their Peking Duck before we did Never returning. Never recommending.
