Pretty good Jamaican food. Service was quite slow, with the bartender doing virtually everything. Ceaser salad, jerk chicken dinner (with cabbage and rice&peas), Mac and cheese, was solid, however it could have been spicier.

My husband and I went to Mr. Brown's Lounge to celebrate his birthday. We had a great time. The restaurant was very clean. Antoine did a great job taking care of us! The Jamaican food was awesome. The Lounge had live music. We had a great time! I suggest that everyone give Mr. Brown's Lounge a try!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoyed my visit there and the food was amazing, just would appreciate faster check service next time, took more than 15 minutes to receive checks for my table

With a 12:30 open table reservation, i arrived early to find NO ONE in the place. hmm. "sit anywhere". did. waited. My lunch companion arrived and we looked at the menu (small and varied!) - and saw a few of the same items on the $12 lunch special menu. We each ordered a Veggie Wrap (lavash, veggies, avocado and plantians - yummy) and comes with great fries. Eventually, others came - all women - and alls at at the bar. Perhaps it's busier in the evening; I hope so. It's a great location and should be having better luncheon traffic. Don't know why they DON'T and we'll definitely return. Sure made for a great private conversation venue! :) GREAT variety of hot sauces from which to choose, by the way - and nice bathrooms, too!

It was a Monday night and a large group of us went there (we were in town for a conference). The portion sizes were plentiful and delicious. The ambiance was great for us as there were only about 7 other customers there (we were about 15). I'd go back again.

This restaurant would be FANTASTIC if only the service would improve. I've been a handful of times and even brought out of town friends because the food is delicious. The cocktails are great, the music is fun, the location is convenient for out of town guests. But the service is slow and has only gotten slower over the years. When you go, get a cocktail and relax. Order the Jerk Chicken dinner. It should be obvious that it is absolutely the best. Get a mac and cheese to share if you're worried the jerk sauce will be too spicy.
