When we entered, we were greeted warmly by a welcoming smile from the hostess. We were seated in a booth in the bar area which we love because it's comfortable, tastefully decorated, spacious, with an attractive well-lit long bar. Servers always appear to be well-trained. We had an efficient, attentive and friendly team of Natalie and Taylor. Our dinners were well paced and delicious. We have been consistently pleased with our food and exceptional service.

Bartolotta’s are known for fine dining and always excellent. Unfortunately not this one. I asked for my filet mignon medium to medium well. It came out butterflied one side burnt and fatty the other cooked unevenly. They just plopped it on a big plate and it looked horrible. They graciously offered to make me a new one while my potatoes sat on the table and got cold. This one was well done and chewy.. so unusual for a Bartollotta’s . Service was adequate but not attentive. Never offered bread or refilled our water. It was not a pleasant dining experience that we usually receive at their restaurants

Everything was great. Specialty cocktails were a nice surprise. Appetizer and salads were excellent. Our steaks were prepared perfectly, combo scallops and crabcake were delicious. Service was very good. Low lighting made it romantic. Great place!! We live 2 1/2 hours from it, but we will definitely be back.

Emily and Robert were wonderful. The restaurant was very busy but they were still very pleasant and provided great service.

We have always look forward to visiting Mr. B's in Mequon, our favorite restaurant for a nice night out. I was The filet with mushroom sauce was very good, and my salmon was well seasoned and had a slightly crispy skin which I really enjoyed. It looked and tasted delicious. The appetizers and our meal both came quickly, and Taylor our server was friendly and checked on us often.

They seemed to be overbooked for the staff they had on hand. Service was somewhat slow. After our foor was delivered, we were missing condiments. After waiting several minutes for one of our servers to check in on the first few bites, we had to flag someone down. Our waitress never stopped to see how the meal was going until we were finished eating. I expect a higher level of service from Bartolotta's.

Such a perfect place for Valentine’s Day! My partner and I both got steaks (cooked different temps) and both of ours were cooked to perfection. Drinks and desserts were so good
