   The server was very friendly and enthusiastic. The meal was delicious, but could have been hotter when served.

   We had a party of 6 and everybody enjoyed their meal. 5 had a filet and lobster tail all cooked to perfection. Only critic was the lobster tails were quit small.

   Our server was very pleasant and the manager was fantastic! He introduced himself early , offered suggestions on the wine. And then came back and said our shared dessert was complimentary as we mentioned that we were there to take an old friend to dinner for her birthday. We really enjoyed the meal, food was cooked perfectly. All of the staff were great. Mr. Mike's was recommended to us and we will definitely be back ! As well as pass along our experience to others. :-) :-) :-)

   None of us had steak and all the food was surprisingly good! Our server was very curt and not very pleasant; very businesslike not warm and hospitable.

   Normally, my family, friends and I are very pleased with the customer service at Mr. Mike's I made a supper reservation for a table and chairs and the hostess tried seating us in a booth and then seated us in the lounge. The lounge isn't my preference for eating supper with my family and I had invited family members to join us. The service was lacking as we were constantly trying to get the attention of any wait staff for beverage refills. This was unusual as normally the serving staff is excellent. We were served our meals and the servers reached across myself with plates of food for the other people I was seated with instead of serving them directly. Once the bill was paid the server dismissed us quickly and made us feel like we should leave immediately. The food is always fine but the service that evening was extremely disappointing. A Skip the Dishes delivery person would have given us a better experience. From this experience, Mr. Mike's won't be out 1st choice to go out for dinner for awhile.

   Food was pretty good overall but my medium rare steak was overcooked and the portions were a little small. Only other snag was someone in our group had a dairy allergy and despite it being marked on the ticket, still received a dish that had dairy in it.
