Extremely loud. Seats uncomfortably close to each other. The food was tasteless. I could not hear the waiter or talk to the party because of the ridiculously loud atmosphere. Overpriced food. 1/10, would not go back!

I had the misfortune of dining at Mr. Tempo in downtown San Diego for my friend's birthday, and it was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. The service was absolutely awful. Our server, Andrea C., was inattentive, rude, and downright unhelpful. We had to ask for our receipt over 10 times before it was even provided, and when we turned to the manager for assistance, they were just as bad. No apology, no sense of urgency—just pure indifference. The noise level in the restaurant was unbearable. It was so loud that we couldn’t hear each other, not even the person sitting right next to us. As for the food and drinks, they were mediocre at best, with nothing that would make me want to return. I have been here before, and the experience was different. The food was better, drinks were better, and the service was WAY better in the past. All in all, a truly disappointing experience. I would give it a zero if I could. Save your money and go anywhere else—this place is not worth it!

Our server Jose was incredible. He was super nice and checked up on us often. It was a great experience.

My experience was on a Saturday and you will have a GREAT time. The server was very super nice and very friendly. I don’t remember the young man’s name. However, I do have a picture with him. Thank you!

The severs were amazing! And the ambience was fun and energetic. The Banda was 10/10, loved it.
