    My wife and I were disappointed in the fact we made reservations in advance and ended up waiting 40min. For our table. I understand it was a busy evening I saw no management staff attempting to address to situation. Many other diners were sharing a similar experience

    Shawna was a great server on a busy Valentines night. The “Famous” prime rib was ok but not great. My wife made a nice small dinner out of the petite lobster tail, baked potato and green beans. Impressed that they offered both the special Valentines menu as well as the regular menu.

    Food was great portions and cooked well. The cocktails were a bit too strong (not balanced).

    I ordered the prime rib medium rare and it was the worst Ive ever had. It was dry and hard to cut. Very low quality for a restaurant that cost so much. Very disappointed.

    We had looked forward to our dinner at Murphys, choose it from several other restaurants in Prescott We were very disappointed with both the food and the service. Our waiter, while efficient, was condescending. The restaurant was mostly empty but it was 45 minutes until he came back to take or order. The food was not good, cold overcooked green beens, overcooked pork medallions. The only food redemption was the wedge salad. We will not return.

    Great happy hour from 4-6. Considering the restaurant closes at 8 that's generous. The service is so weird. Servers running everywhere but waited so long for almost everything (except the kitchen) after we were seated. Food Runners would pull our waiter mid sentence to help deliver food. It was frenetic. That said, the food is very good. Happy hour included almost all the appetizers and they were very generous. I would recommend smaller parties skip a table and go straight to the bar. Its likely to offer better service,”.

    We love Murphys and have for many years and will definitely come again. It’s a regular spot.

    Our reservation was at 5:15. Three of us ordered a baked potato with our meal. We were informed that all baked potatoes had been taken by earlier guests. The restaurant had no baked potatoes for us and suggested mashed potatoes. I feel that we should have been offered some compensation for this problem on their part.
