   Second time coming to Muss & Turner's and had the same exceptional service! The server was amazing, she was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. Food was excellent. The adult mac and cheese was amazing (per my friends), the Todd's salad was crisp and flavorful and the pork chop was incredible. There is no lack of flavor in any of the dishes. I have Celiac and eating here was easy and worry-free. Will happily return next trip to Atlanta.

   As usual, the food and service were perfect. Everything came out exactly as we ordered, including food cooked to the correct temperature. We didn't need to ask for refills of our drinks, as the waitress made sure to ask us and have a new drink on the way before we needed it. Dessert, a peanut butter and jelly cake was very unusual, and we were not sure exactly what to expect, but tasted great.

   On February 14, my wife and I arrived at your restaurant at 4:00 pm, eager to enjoy the highly advertised Valentine’s Day menu. Nowhere on your website was it stated that the special menu would only be available starting at a specific time. Upon arrival, we were informed that we would need to wait until 5:00 pm to order from the Valentine’s menu. Despite feeling uncomfortable and disappointed by this unexpected restriction, we chose to stay and ordered French fries while we waited. The waitress, fully aware of our intention to enjoy the Valentine’s menu, took our order and later informed us that while we could place an order at 5:00 pm, we would need to vacate the table by 5:30 pm to accommodate another reservation. This added condition was disheartening, especially considering that we had arrived early and were willing to wait patiently. Although the manager (or owner) later approached us and kindly offered to cover the cost of the Valentine’s menu, the fact remained that we would still be required to leave by 5:30 pm. Given the circumstances and the way we felt treated, we declined the offer, paid for what we had consumed, and left the restaurant feeling both unappreciated and mistreated. Our experience stood in stark contrast to the many positive moments we have enjoyed at Roshambo, a restaurant within the same group.

    My husband and I, along with 2 of our closest friends, hung out Muss & Turner’s Pre-Superbowl Tailgate and it was time well-spent. Food was chef’s kiss, per usual; never ever disappointed; atmosphere - I would compare it to going over to your brother’s house and the entire family is there hanging out…. kids and all (truly a family affair). Muss & Turner has been in our community for over 20 years and I can’t wait for the restaurant to continue to bless us with its presence for the next 20 years.
