Quite possibly the best meal that we’ve ever had in Fort Worth. I’ve been here often for girls nights and shared lots of different options but tonight I came with my husband and truly dug into the menu and ordered what we wanted.. from the hostess to our waiter to the sommelier, our experience was fantastic.

The Thai Curry soup was phenomenal. Highly recommended.

The food was absolutely wonderful. The amuse, which was shishito peppers in a miso sauce, really set the tone perfectly. For apps, we had the black cod and the Thai soup, both were delicious. We then had four phenomenal sushi rolls. One of us finished off with the crème brûlée, about which she raved. To drink, I had the sake-based Musume old fashioned, which is a perfectly balanced drink. The service was excellent. My only concern is that for reasons completely unclear to me we were the only lunchtime diners in the restaurant. The food is way too good for this place to not be crowded whenever it’s open. They have easy valet parking and so it is not difficult at all to get here.

I have been to Musume several times and loved everything . Only a week ago I dined there and commented on how perfect the music was. You could actually talk and be heard. Last evening was totally out of character . I asked twice if music could be turned down a bit. Most likely this had been previously requested since both waiters apologized and said management would not because it is NYE . Our waiter and wine guy were amazing as well as the food . I’ll be back , hoping for a return to a peaceful calm vibe.

My fiance and I got engaged yesterday and came here to celebrate. It was New Year’s Eve and very busy in the restaurant. This did not stop them from giving us incredible service. They brought us complimentary champagne and dessert to celebrate. The waitress, Jenna, was incredible and gave excellent recommendations. She was amazing. They were extremely accommodating for our various food allergies (gluten, nuts, soy, sesame). Had an amazing time and already looking for an excuse to go back!

The food and drinks were delicious (albeit quite pricey - especially with a 22% gratuity automatically added without advance notice). The miso black cod is a standout! Wrath roll was also fantastic. However, my husband and I both agreed we won't be back because the music was so terrible and so loud. I don't enjoy EDM/techno with fine dining, and it was hard to have a conversation. We asked our server if that was just for NYE but he said that's what they always play. So disappointing.

We had early reservations for New Years Eve and we were able to dine in the Vault which was such a great experience. Our server was outstanding with her recommendations, the Sake & Wine Sommelier was great at answering any questions and making suggestions. Food and beverages were outstanding!!
