   I was so exited to try their xmas cocktails drinks . When we got our drinks didn’t look like they way it was displayed on the menu . No presentation:-(. Our mesero look too busy and he forgot few things as well. The ambient was amazing tho. :-)

   We had a pleasant dinner with our adult children before heading downtown for a show. The selection of food was ample and service good. My only complaint is there were no non-alcohol beers available for my husband and son-in-law. One is diabetic and the other is struggling with alcoholism. Also our daughter is pregnant and not drinking but she was fine with one of the holiday non-alcohol drinks. Just a reminder that there are many people out there struggling with alcoholism and health issues so it is always appreciated when non-alcohol beers & other drinks are offered. It makes a huge difference for celebrations.

   The restaurant atmosphere and food were great. Unfortunately the service was absolutely terrible. Waiter did not see us until about 30 minutes after we had been seated. In fact, another gentleman (not a waiter) came to step in and take our order when he realized we were still waiting.

   Excellent food, drinks, and service. Nicely decorated for the holidays. Felix is one of my go to places to meet up with friends.

   It took 2 hours for lunch with no appetizers, 1 cocktail, no dessert. Our waitress would go 20 minutes between checking on us. We came for the Christmas experience and asked on the reservation to be seated near your amazing decorations. We were seated in the large room off the bar with minimal decorations, in the corner even though this room was empty.

   Party of 4 seated at a big round table for 6+ and the host (young guy) was adamant that all the open tables by us were for “big parties” and we couldn’t move. We got someone else involved - a manager? - who couldn’t have been nicer and allowed us to move. Guess what though?? ZERO big parties were seated in any of the open tables that the host wouldn’t move us to!!! So many restaurants are poorly run, offer mediocre food and charge a ton plus extra fees. Not worth it. Beautiful restaurant and very festive for the holidays and we had a really great waiter, but not worth it if the food isn’t amazing.

   We took our family here for an early Sunday dinner. The restaurant is very nice inside! Our server was very polite, but she forgot a few things after we ordered them. One forgotten item was out to go dessert… and after waiting an additional 10 minutes from closing our bill we decided to look at the receipt and it was not there. The food is ok. We have many options for Mexican style food in Denver and to be honest this is just ok.
