Was my birthday dinner and yes they treated me to meal which was super nice but I was suprised when I ordered dessert no candle or bday singing..but I love this place the food selection is good quality and sooo many options!

I come here pretty often and I have NEVER experienced terrible service like I have on this night. My waiter was absolutely the worst. He greeted me then never came back until it was time to hand me my check and then disappeared once again and I had to walk up to the podium to pay! Didn’t ask me if I wanted any drinks, any sides, NOTHING!! Then the employees who walk around and serve the meat were barely coming to my table. I tried maybe 3 different cuts of meat. Idk what their deal was. I came for my birthday and there was an issue with honoring my birthday meal at first but the manager ended up honoring it. The experience was terrible and I’m gonna have to stay away for awhile. While this was my first bad experience, I’m not going to cut them off just yet. They do need to do a lot better.

I came to the right place to celebrate my brother’s 50th birthday. Our waiter, Marco was exceptionally awesome. The manager Jen was helpful, accommodating and fun. The entire staff made our visit quite fun. Marco was friendly, caring and totally cool. He made sure that I steered clear of any allergens. The food was delicious and we ate very well. A return visit is a must.

Very good deal, protip though the lamb is not the best. Not bad! If youre crazy about lb go for it! But most people wpuld probably do better to pass on the lamb when it comes around and get something else

Made a reservation for their special. Told waitress our drink order.. both came 15 minutes later and were incorrect. I had to reorder our drinks.
We also told her we were having the special. 20 minutes in we got our cocktail. Dinner was ok… didn’t eat much. When we got the check we were over charged for 2 dinners. When we approach the waitress, she pretended that she had no idea, but we were talking about questioned what we had for dinner…. And then just did it…. Still tipped 20% but felt that the communication was extremely bad…. Really didn’t feel welcome having the incorrect and having a drink take forever and then being charged incorrectly and then questioned what we had for dinner…. They knew we were coming and we had a reservation…. We will not be back…. I did enjoy the crab legs.

This was our first time visiting, it was my wife’s birthday. We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent. The drinks were on the pricey side overall, a great experience. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a very non-traditional Thanksgiving at NaBrasa and enjoyed the experience. The food was wonderful and the service was exceptional.

When I called to ask general questions like the parking situation, I verified that our dinner would be the grand opening price of $40 per person and that my daughter would be free since it was her birthday month. Everything was verified fast-forward we get there we had to wait a half hour because our waitress wasn’t ready to take us, even though our table was ready and to be honest, she just gets your drinks. And when you first enter the restaurant, the hostesses had the personality of a rock not a smile never said welcome to Nebraska. They don’t even look at you. They just ask what is your name the bar is situated in a really strange place. That’s not part of the restaurant and it felt out a place. Nebraska took over another restaurant that was there called Chima It looks like they didn’t do anything to the restaurant to fix it up, the bathroom was dirty. The middle sink didn’t work and was so rotted with discoloration and dirt. It actually made me sick to go in there.
We enjoyed our meal. The food was very good, but then we got the bill and it was closer to $60 a person which is the normal price but we were told it was going to be a grand opening of $40 per person. The waitress said that I was supposed to tell the hostess before being seated. I am for the waitress that I was never told that on the phone when I verified the price earlier when I called to confirm my reservation. She had to discuss it with the manager, and they decided to honor the price of $40 per person. To me that’s a very shady move on NaBrasa’s part center city. All in all made for a very, very disappointing and upsetting night left a very poor opinion of the place.
