This was our first time and it was awesome ! The whole family had so much fun. Delicious food and our waitress was amazing. Definitely going back.

During my time, two people served us and both had an awful attitude. The food isn’t bad but the service left an awful taste in my mouth. We had to repeat the order countless times, she forgot to ask us if our choices for certain food items and she chose for us instead, she reached over my guest for stuff on the table and so much more. Bad service!!

There are only 1-2 servers for the entire restraurant so they are too busy to attend the guests. Instead of a tissue holder with multiple tissues, they give just one paper tissue for your entire dining time. How many times one can ask if the servers already have no time for you. The washroom is dirty with no paper towels or a hand dryer to dry your hands. Food was just passable which we ate as we wanted to just get over the pathetic and disgusting experience as quickly as possible. The place is a shame in the name of "fine dining"!!!

Outstanding. I would definitely dine there again. Great food , good service. Nice atmosphere. I would recommend to everyone if you want a different dining experience.

We truly enjoyed our meal. It was some of the best restaurant food we've had in Nassau. as lovers of Asian cuisine, I would say it was not only tasty but authentic. The portions of the BBQ meat were a bit small but everything else made up for that. Can't wait to go back.

The food was delicious, but for the price you pay, it's alright. It's properly the area. I wouldn't go again unless invited.

Unfortunately I very disappointed with my experience at Namul. I took my fiance there for a date night, and we arrived at 5:30 as the first customers. We were seated in a corner by a window filled with flies!!! When we asked our waiter about the flies, she dismissively said that it was a restaurant and they couldn't do anything about them, so we had to deal with it. We asked if we could sit somewhere else and she said the flies will follow. This was a poor start to our evening as it was so much flies. When our food arrived, the flies began swarming around it. We asked if the window could be wiped down with bleach and water and once it was the flies disappeared. This should not have been a customer request, it was clear the area hadn't been cleaned properly before opening. The grill was placed on our table along with raw meat. Since we were unfamiliar with this concept, we waited for the waiter to explain how to use it, how long the meat should be cooked, if theres anything we should know before using but she never returned. We had to flag down another staff member, who rudely told us to just put the meat on the grill and walked off. Her attitude was poor, clearly she did not want to be there. The cocktails were overly sweet and very weak, with barely/no alcohol ($18). While the food itself was well seasoned and very tasty and the concept was interesting, the unfriendly staff and poor customer service overshadowed these positives. Namul has potential to be great, but the unprofessional behavior of the staff was a major letdown. The food was great, but we won't be returning due to the poor service, especially considering the high prices. The cost did not match the service we got!
