    I’m not sure what happened to Napa. Had reservations for 4. Upon checking in the young girl seemed confused when I gave her my name and seems to fiddle about. I repeated my full name and she told me she found me but she still seemed confused which I found very strange - zero welcome or acknowledgement. Long story short, the waitress never came back after the food was delivered to ask how it was. Personally, my steak and eggs were delivered far from hot and well overcooked from what I ordered. I didn’t say anything since we were hosting and I suggested this restaurant for our out of town guests. To make matters worse, a man came over to our table to see how things were. I assumed a manager. He clearly saw my plate virtually untouched but also didn’t say a word. My point is that I have decades of experience in the industry and one of the early basic things I learned is to ask why the customer isn’t eating their food and correct the problem. Definitely a horrible choice and I’m embarrassed to have chosen it. Bye bye Napa, we will not be returning.

    My husband and I had dinner last night at Napa for the first time. We were sat in the covered patio section. It was freezing. Heaters were on initially when we were sat in this section. They were turned off at some point and the ceiling fans were turned on. The waiter was surprised by this. He did move us, but it was only a small improvement. We had cocktails and the tuna tartare appetizer. They were delicious. Our main courses were not as great. I had the scallops and my husband had the short ribs. Both were lukewarm. We would have said something to the waiter but we didn’t see him again for about 15 minutes. The noise level was extremely loud. We eventually stopped trying to have a conversation… no we didn’t get management involved, mostly because we were frozen and over the noise level. We paid and tipped appropriately. We would maybe try to give them another chance in the summer.

    Our waitress was wonderful so none of this was her fault… The food all came out pretty lukewarm and took a LONG time … And all of the Power bowls were missing three ingredients… But we had waited so long for the food. Nobody really noticed right away… My french fries recalled, the French onion soup was not great.  we asked a manager to get us some ground pepper because two of the ground pepper meals on our table were empty… He never came back  I don’t feel the restaurant was crowded to the point that this should’ve been the situation… You must be understaffed either in the kitchen or the floor or both

    The food itself was great, but the service was extremely slow. Drinks took FOREVER to get, and we ended up canceling a drink order because 30 minutes had passed with no drink and no acknowledgment that things were backed up. Our empty plates sat on our table forever, and literally everything just took forever. We noticed the two tables nearby also complained of the same issues. Manager never came by to check on our table but checked on everyone else around us. I know things happen, and once in a blue moon I can understand, but I had the same exact experience back in September so I’m not eager to go back.
