    Our 3rd time of dining here and it continued to be enjoyable. The only slight negative was service was very slow.

    The server we had was terrible. It took him 20 mins to get us water, didn’t let us know about the 4 items they were out of until we tried to order two of those items. Bare in mind it took him an hour to finally take our order. He forgot we ordered appetizers, and had to come back 15 mins later to ask again. He had the least amount of tables in the section, by the looks of it so it wasn’t because he was super busy, I’d understand more if that was the case. I ordered the French cottage pie which was clearly microwaved as it was burning hot on the sides and barely warm in the middle. The salmon was very dry. The only saving grace was the decent bread service and charcuterie. But even then they barely gave any meat for the charcuterie. Never going back, the Napa on providence was a much better experience.

    Our server named Britainy was so charming! Very attentive! We were a bit disappointed that only Brunch menu was served . My omelette was very good but my husband’s Egg Benedict lacked flavor.

    We wanted to share a bottle of wine. Two occasions bottles were recommended and both times they came back saying they were out. The manager came up and literally recommended just ordering by the glass, even though we told them we would still like a nice bottle… we ended up ordering vodka sodas. Ordered the calamari and a flatbread. Calamari was good, but the flatbread was not even warm. It was cold had been sitting in the kitchen for who knows how long. Server was friendly and the bread was amazing, that’s the only good thing I can say. Definitely will not be coming back.

    We arrived for our 8 pm reservation and was finally seated at 8:25 pm. We were quickly greeted by our server and asked if we wanted cocktail’s. We ordered a bottle of wine. He brought it quickly and served. He then took our order around 8:30 pm. For over an hour we waited for our food to arrive. We finally got our food at 9:40 pm. During all this wait time a manager kept scurrying around the dining room in a tiff. When I asked our server after ordering another bottle of wine what happened. He was super apologetic and explained the week had been pretty much like this. We are not ones to throw the baby out with the bath water and will come back!

    Overall we had a nice time at Napa. It was a little cold where we were sitting in the main area. Every time someone came in or out of the restaurant we could feel the cold air. Our server was wonderful and attentive. Food was good. Nice for a special occasion.

    Overall great place to come have some great food and service will be back to have their main menu and have more fun nights

    6:15 reservation. 7:30 our meals were delivered but only after I inquired about it Only app was a Caesar salad which was delivered in less than 5 minutes. So my wife and I sat for an hour and were only checked on once. Awful service. No apologies and no reparation on bill. We wont be returning.
