Food was good and server was excellent! It was a light day for customers because of weather so not too crowded. It was perfect!

Yeti was our server and provided stellar service. Even remembered me after a visit from a month ago. He gave great suggestions for wine and food.

Beautiful architecture, light fixtures and decor. Great place for birthday lunches, date night or dinner anytime. Menu is delicious.

We had an amazing time at the Stonecrest location. Love the decor and new redesign. Food was outstanding and I appreciate that they have taken the time to develop a thoughtful second menu with delectable gluten-free and vegan options. Probably the best in Charlotte. The staff was attentive and the service was great. This is now our new favorite.

We had a wonderful waiter, Yeti. He was friendly attentive, knowledgeable and provided great service. We met the couple were sitting next to us who introduced themselves as part owners. Lynn came by with a birthday gift card for my friend. Lovely evening. (Only complaint was the flatbread, while very tasty, wasn't hot)

Another great meal at Napa in Stonecrest. The mussels and meatballs were perfect. Yeti did a great job with our meals and dessert. Excellent teamwork from the entire staff.

Our table was too close to a large party with lots of babies so the ambience was not good. Everyone at our table had to keep asking what others said as it was too loud to hear the first time someone spoke. Also, the room we were in was very poorly insulated and it was too cold to take off our coats during our dinner. Service was so-so. Our waiter must have been busy as he took a long time to come back to our table every time we wanted to place an order Once we had our dessert menu (and waited a long time for the server to come back so we could order) we were told the 2 items we wanted were not available. We would have preferred being told this when he gave us the menu. Food was average at best. Overall, dining at Napa was not enjoyable enough for us to come back.
