   Our server was very nice but completely overwhelmed and extremely slow. We were there to watch the Buckeyes and had a good time but the service was really bad.

   The food was AMAZING! The service was absolutely terrible. The server was the only one on the floor and was drowning. It wasn’t her fault, she was doing the best she could.

   Great overall experience. Service was constant, food was great, Buckeye game viewing as advertised. My only complaint is that reservations serve no value. There is no host and no actual reservations that take place. We were fortunate to arrive well before game time to get a seat.

   We went to watch the Ohio State game and couldn’t have asked for a better place!! A lot of TV’s, a DJ for commercials and the best waitress!! We even managed to score a set of couches to watch the game at while enjoying the food and drinks. Perfect! Thank you Nashville Underground for being so nice to the Buckeyes!!

   The server forgot a dish and told us she’d only charge us if we ate it. We sent it back! Out of many things, poor service.

   Ok, there is no waitstaff, definitely a problem when you have a thousand people coming in for a special event. Secondly, there was only one bartender until two pm (and this is on a Saturday!!) Food was so so, the barbecue sauce wasn't even as good as Sweet Baby Ray's. Packer Pep Rally was held here, and the set up just wasn't good. Bartender was clueless about events. All hands on deck need to be present for these functions plus a manager present would be helpful.

   We went here for a chiefs game, as we were vacationing in Nashville and are from the kc area. The vibes were super fun for the game since it’s a chiefs bar. However, the service was horrible. We were checked on maybe every 30 minutes and every time we ordered drinks or food, at least half the order was wrong or missing. Would not go back even though watching the game with other chiefs fans was a fun experience. It’s not worth it.

   I made a reservation with my group of friends after coming here about 3 years ago and having a great experience. When we arrived this time there was only a bar tender working and all the tables were dirty and wet. My friends and I bussed our own table and wrote down our food and drink orders and brought them to the bartender. We all understood as we work in hospitality but there should not be an ability to make reservations on the site if they don’t have servers.

    Ambiance was great and love how many levels had djs and activities. Food came out cold at least mine did and some of the games didn't work. Overall good experience.
