We were seated quickly for our reservation time but were never acknowledged by our server. One of our party got up to notify a hostess that we had been sitting for a while and were eager to order (20-25 minutes), watched other tables that got there after us be served water and order food while we still hadn't been checked on for even beverages. We ended up leaving after about 30 minutes there and even after notifying someone they continued to huddle in a group by the bar watching us wait. I've never written a review before but after experiencing this level of lack of service we were baffled by what appeared to the staff being mentally check out and it was unacceptable.

Very quiet day with hardly anyone in the restaurant. First time we had tried these menu selections and we had mixed reviews but on the whole delicious. The fried pickles were fantastic! Beer selection, as always, is stellar.

Happy Hour Menu is decent - avoid Tamara as your server.

Food was good. Service was the best. The wait staff and bartenders were supper nice and attentive.

They already had ramp and bumpers out for the kid. Then staff was very nice when we couldn’t see the 6 ball maximum sign and jammed the lane. Kid had lots of fun as did the rest of the family.

First time to the rooftop at National on 10th. Nice spot, good service and surprisingly good drink deals for happy hour. Will be back. One gripe: like some other bars these days, it’s nearly impossible to reach the restaurant unless you show up in person. No phone number, no responses in OpenTable, only a text line for the bowling alley. Otherwise great!

Not up to the expectation. The place is nice, and the patio too. The food was ok, but the female waiter was rude, angry, had a dull face all the time. We were 2, one ordered a salad, and one ordered the chicken platter. And she figured to give us 1 fork! She keeps on walking while we are talking to her and does not bother to properly listen. When we ordered the check, she brought the machine with her, and slammed it on the table, not saying a single word from the time she brought the check, till we paid. Definitely did not deserve a single penny of tips. When we were done paying, she took the machine and left. This type of attitude should not be hired for customer-facing jobs.

Go next door to craft instead. Food is miles better and better drink selection as well.

Mostly disappointing. Many new staff are being trained. The happy hour drink pricing was good. Our server was new and doing her best, but they had not prepared the staff with the needed knowledge. Some of the Happy Hour servings were dismal even for the prices paid. The chips in the chips and guac were all broken up like they were from the bottom of a bag making it very hard to enjoy the dish and the serving was very small. The fries were very salty. Beef dip had little horse radish and barely enough au juice. Happy hour pizza was not the regular pizza.
