Food was mediocre and overpriced, and it took about an hour just to get our appetizers. The service staff didn’t even clear the app plates before bringing our main courses. It’s a beach resort restaurant though, so ….

The food was below par. The waiter was nice and very apologetic for how long things were taking. 40 minutes for our drink order and another hour for our dinner to arrive after ordering. We were seated next son very very very bright sconces - take your sunglasses! So disappointed as we were excited to try some Puerto Rican food. We ended up getting takeout from Nori since we left our dinner at Nectar. Go to Nori!

Everything was fantastic, the only one thing that can be worked on is service. Our waiter barely checked in on us as he was busy with bigger parties.

The food was good, however very overpriced. The atmosphere was extremely noisy, kind of like a school cafeteria. Our waiter Harold was horrible. He got our order wrong, not once, not twice, but three times without being at all apologetic. He brought everyone’s drink except for one with no acknowledgment or apology. When I asked where the other drink was, he said “oh yeah “I’m bringing it to you.” I asked for our appetizers to have one crab and one beef, he brought two beef appetizers. Again, no apology. I requested no meat in my entrée, there was meat mixed in my entrée. He appeared lackadaisical and not invested in his customers experience. The food was OK, but it was a very, very noisy atmosphere and prices not commensurate with the experience

We expected a fine dining experience, and it was much more casual. The hard surfaces made the noise level uncomfortable. But the food was good and the service was fair.

Food was absolutely gorgeous! The flavor of the Nectar Bowl with shrimp was delicious. We all enjoyed everything about our experience. Wonderful!

We were very disappointed with our experience. As guests of the Hyatt Regency we did not know this was a concession restaurant and not a Hyatt restaurant. I specifically asked at the front desk about the menu because it is not posted on their website. They could’ve told me then. We just told this was the more authentic Puerto Rican menu. It was not worth what we paid and the service was not good and it was so loud. The entrance has tinted glass so as you walk by it looks like an elegant place. But upon entering it is loud and bare. I wish we had known ahead of time. We have a car and will go to recommended local places.
