The service and food prep was HORRENDOUS but the manager Shirley was outstanding and rectified the situation and apologized effusively. She was a class act and the only saving grace to what we were hoping was a memorable brunch with Santa. THANK YOU SHIRLEY - you are appreciated

Had a reservation at 8pm, was told they were running 25 minutes behind. Grabbed a drink at the bar. After 45 minutes and still not being seated, we left. No one ever checked in on us to let us know it would be a longer wait or to apologize. Poor customer service.

Neroli is our new FAV spot for delicious Italian, excellent staff and a lux atmosphere that was relaxed and sophisticated. We came for the first time with our good friend from out of town, we loved our calamari appetizer, bottle of wine, entrees and desserts. It truly was the perfect meal. We will be back many more times!

So had a wonderful evening at Nerolis. The food was excellent. The service was amazing. During the warm weather months with love eating outside we had chicken Parm and bar dinners. There was so much food that we have at least two more meals to have during the week. I recommend Nerolis 100%. This is what our favorite restaurants.

Extremely disappointed, extreme, ordinary. Seated on time. Was given warm tap water and everyday rolls then waited 10-15 to get a drink. Had oysters which were good. Main course of veal parm was thin layers of bread veal. Nothing special and so so quality. At 7:15 they were out of the only fish special. Ordered wine with dinner which came late. Had to have check redone to reflect what we ordered. Told our waiter it was our 45th wedding anniversary not acknowledged. All and all a very unexpired experience. Would not go back

Chicken and veal parm were large portions of meat but very small portions of pasta. Very loud with tables very close to each other.
