   Julio was our server. Food and service was phenomenal. Third time for me going, and first time from two out of town visiting friends. Water glasses always full, food recommendations were on point. We had the Anchovy & Parmesan Shortbread starters, very flavorful, I get this every time. For mains we did the Branzino all'Acqua Pazza, Tagliatelle Bolognese, Duroc Porchetta. The Branzino was the crowd favorite, Porchetta was as Julio described, thanksgiving pork. Thank you for a great dinner and experience, will be sure to visit again in the future.

   I had the pleasure of dining at Nettuno, the brand-new restaurant in the stunning Fairmont Breakers Hotel and overall, it was a lovely experience. The ambience is absolutely breathtaking—elegant, refined, and perfectly suited to the beauty of the historic hotel. It’s the kind of space that instantly makes you feel like you’re in for a special evening. The food was good, with the highlights being the appetizers. The squash blossoms and the carpaccio were both outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The entrées we shared were also enjoyable, though not as memorable as the starters. Where the evening faltered was in the service. While the staff was polite, there were some details that could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience. For instance, after being given a plate for the appetizers, the same plate remained for the rest of the meal, even though we were sharing entrées. Similarly, our knives were cleared after the appetizers but never replaced, leaving us without proper utensils for the main course. Finally, it took a bit too long to receive our check, which left the evening feeling slightly disjointed. I’m writing this with the hope that these small service issues will be addressed as the restaurant finds its rhythm because I truly want to see Nettuno succeed. It’s a wonderful and much-needed addition to Long Beach, bringing a sense of luxury and sophistication to the area. I’ll definitely return, as I believe the potential for greatness is absolutely there, and I’m excited to see how the team continues to grow and refine the experience. Overall, a promising start in a gorgeous setting, with just a few tweaks needed to make it exceptional.

   Shelly was our server and she was lovely and knowledgable. So welcoming with a small taste of prosecco waiting for us as it was my friend's birthday. Beautiful comfortable room. Looking forward to going back again for breakfast and/or lunch. I will be a regular.

    Got the burrata and some of their pastas to share with our group. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly and makes everyone feel welcome—and the food is absolutely top notch. It’s like eating in a high end museum of art!
