   All foods were below average as I expected. Very disappointed overall, i don’t want to believe this is part of Fairmont hotel.

   10/10 recommend this restaurant/hotel. We brunched Christmas day and had an amazing experience. The service was top notch and our waiter attentive, informative, and cheery. The drinks were refreshing, colorful, and flavorful. The food was exquisite. Tasteful well seasoned and great portions. Overall can't say enough good things about this place.

   Beautiful, simply gorgeous. Food was good but lunch choices ware weak. Breakfast ends at 11:00. We got there at 12:00 so thy switched to lunch menu. Which is fine if there ware more lunch choices. Basically lunch menu is their dinner menu and who wants to eat steak at 12:00. They should add couple of sandwiches and that would be fine. Very nice place, so if we come back it will not be lunch.

   I went here for Christmas Lunch with my husband. The hotel is beautifully restored and the staff are all amazing. We had the Espresso Martini’s with Bailey’s to start and they were delicious. I had the Carbonara and my hubby had the Bolognese for our entrees and we finished every bite. Ended lunch by sharing some Tiramisu for desert. Had a great experience and highly recommend.

   We dined for Christmas Eve and were a little underwhelmed. The hotel renovation is absolutely beautiful and the restaurant is stunning. The food was good but not great. We ordered in a traditional fashion and the food was not coursed out appropriately as our secondi arrived as soon as our pasta course. Our server was kind and friendly. There are some kinks in the kitchen to be worked out including the service of Parmesan cheese (a whole kitchen grater really?!), and handling food allergies. Overall we would come back but with different expectations.

   I took my husband and kids out to celebrate Christmas Eve and possibly start a new family tradition. It’s such a beautiful restaurant and hotel. We were greeted by several friendly people at the front door. Our server, Shelly was excellent. It’s not as casual as it is described on the website but that was okay with me. However, it was more expensive than I expected. I read somewhere that valet parking is free for 4 hours but that is not true, perhaps it’s the garage parking that is free. Overall, I thought Nettuno was excellent and I look forward to visiting again.
