   Stayed in the hotel back in May, wasn't able to try the restaurant. That being said, sadly the food was disappointing. Walked into an almost empty restaurant. Server/ hostess no where to be found. Had to go over to the bar to find the bar tender and the waitress in deep conversation, ignoring the few customers. When we finally were seated, the waitress went back to talk again both had the backs to us. Meanwhile the only other table was also looking for her. Food was cold and not very good. Once we were served, the waitress and bartender once again went back to talking and backs turned. Meanwhile the other table was ignored too. Another couple can in and waited to be seated, after finding no one at the hostess station we waved them over and got the waitress attention for them. They got seated In the other area. The waitress sat then gave them water and walked away to carry on her conversation, by the time she went back over to the other couples table 20min later they had walked out. She seemed to be upset about it. So overall I'd say that if they continue to ignore their customers and serve mediocre food they will not last.

   Food was excellent! Our server seemed very overwhelmed and took a while to check on us for refills etc. other than that the experience was great!

   We tried it again and loved it. We went there about a month after they opened for dinner and were overall very disappointed. Well, it is "stick season" and no one is open on a Sunday night so we decided we would give them another try knowing that there is a new chef. At first was disappointed that they only had tacos and flatbreads on Sunday, but we were there. I can cook that at home. Well, this was the best flatbread I have ever had. I think it was the carmalized onions, but it was amazing, So I recommend that everyone try it again, they seem to have it right this time.

   Tucked out of the way in a nice setting. Greeted promptly and was seated in less than one minute. Server was prompt and friendly.. Food was delicious with nominal portions. Nice atmosphere with the contemporary rustic ADK feel. Thoroughly enjoyable and will return.

   My husband and I were sat at a table for 2 at the window facing Whiteface at sunset, gorgeous! When we weren’t looking at the view, we were admiring the soaring heights of the A frame architecture! We had 2 expertly made cocktails, and split the shrimp and pork belly salad, the mole chicken tacos and the Italian flatbread pizza. Delicious! Our waiter was friendly and attentive. There was live music, a talented woman who sang and played acoustic guitar, so we hung out at the bar after dinner and listened to her. A very enjoyable evening!

   Food was good but limited in choices. No dinner salad or bread/rolls available. Service was slow even thought only 1/3 of the tables were in use. Without salad and bread, it was 50 minutes before anything came to the table other than drinks. Really want NEW VIDA to be successful, they just need to listen to their customers! Need to be able to keep kitchen and wait staff.

   Arrived at 6:40… dinner arrived at 8 pm! Very, very slow kitchen. Limited menu.. no desserts!!

   We had a later reservation and enjoyed the silhouette view of the mountains. Food was delicious and the live band was very talented!

   The Nine Napkin burger was sublime. My husband also loved his Peruvian chicken. Robin made the night so special.
