Next Door is the sister restaurant of Margaret, which, quite literally, sits next door to it at the corner of Bay St and Guilfoyle Avenue. Featuring a rolling 12-hour lunch-to-dinner menu, the bar brings you a selection of specially curated small plates such as Woodfire Grilled Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes with Oregano, Braised Zucchini with Mint, Chilli and Pecorino, as well as an amazing selection of Consorcio, Cuca, Pollastrini, Ortiz and Real Conversas tins with some freshly baked sourdough from Baker Bleu. It's also home to the famous Perry hamburger.
"It's just a place to get some really nice hospitality, chill out and enjoy your day," Neil Perry. Sandwiched between Baker Bleu and Margaret, the indoor dining area is cosy and comfortable, with marble-top tables and an open bar and kitchen.
We are located on Guilfoyle Avenue, off Bay Street.

$117.30 for doz oysters a world record! And they weren’t very good. When I questioned the waiter about te price he just public holiday price & basically threw the sft machine at me.
Buber was soggy and the crab linguine was swimming

This is an absolutely great spot to enjoy exceptional options in dining whilst having a laid back, cozy environment to do so. A must visit, if not a regular go to spot.

Booked outside at Next Door. Being outside there is no problem with too much noise. We were seated as we arrived and our overseas guests arrived shortly afterwards. The staff were great and as always we enjoyed the food I ordered. We had shared entrees and we ordered mains.

good food and service. Value good. The desserts lacked the imagination of the other parts of the menu. Only one dessert gluten free. The whole menu could have done with more GF
