Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fish is Durango Casino & Resort’s modern American steakhouse featuring prime meats, market-fresh seafood and a chic dining scene. Curated by innovative Executive Chef Michael Tomorsky and property executive chef Daniel Ye, Nicco’s menu is all about sourcing – from the finest meat purveyors, dry-aged fish markets and straight-from-the-farm produce – all executed with a true culinarian’s precision.

Nicco’s offers a dinner menu that brings to life the best of both land and sea including a premium steak menu featuring USDA Prime, Dry Aged (exclusively for Nicco’s) and Wagyu cuts hand-selected from the world’s finest ranchers and purveyors alongside traditional American steakhouse dishes and signature entrees. Guests can also select from a fresh fish market seafood display featuring a variety of premium catches flown in daily while a raw bar, caviar and crudo menu round out the seafood experience.

Entrees was just ok. Appetizers were great! Service was hit or miss. At times they were very good and then we wouldn’t have a waitress come back to the table for 30 minutes.

Definitely a nice place to celebrate a special occasion. It's not inexpensive, but great food, wine, and service. Love sitting at the bar and also the dining room.

Amazing food! My favorite was definitely the crab cakes! So much crab meat it was unreal. Everything was delicious!

We celebrated a birthday at Niccos and sat in the Lounge area. It was really nice. Our server was Jaden and she was soooo sweet. She was helpful with explaining the menu and helpful with picking a good drink for me. We loved coming here. All the food was sooo good BUT the cheesecake was HEAVEN!

The staff was amazing, the vibes were great, the food was incredible! Crab cakes oysters bread and lamb chops were 20/10!!
