Requests for coffee or milk were forgotten by servers and needed to multiple requests. Orders for well cooked omelets were ignored, and coffee was not refilled until the third request

Went to brunch while staying at the Lucerne hotel. Service was horrible. My husband's coffee was brought over and half was spilled on the saucer so he had to lean over the plate to drink it. Our server barely made an appearance. Didn't tell us her name. Refilled our coffee once. The coffee was luke warm at best. My omellette was good. My husband ordered a bloody mary which took forever to get from the bar. Overall it was a disappointing experience. I think the corner market across the street has better coffee and food. This place is not worth the price!

Lovely atmosphere, excellent service and great food. Quiet enough to talk easily but still a lively feeling. Second time there and not the last!

Great upper west side restaurant. If you live in the Bronx or Westchester, you can drive your car and park near the restaurant for about $18. Service was excellent. Food was also very good. Will come back soon.

We had the Christmas prix fixe 3 course. There was quite a variety of choice within each course. Everythinng was cooked perfectly.

We really enjoyed the Christmas Day prix fixe. Food was very good and the ambience was great. Service felt a little rushed at times but we still had a great experience.
