   The food was great, although some dishes are wildly overpriced. The caesar salad and Branzino were worth it. The lamb definitely was not. Lots of small touches and the recipe for a wonderful experience; however, the service staff lacks the polish required to be charging the prices they charge. Ex: they refold your napkin every time you go to the washroom, but then throw your cutlery down on the table haphazardly when resetting. Also be warned that this restaurant sits on a busy pedestrian street and is an open air setting. It is in no way quiet or serene (nowhere in Playa del Carmen is). At any given time there is very loud music coming from 3+ sources (other restaurants and street buskers). Nice experience but overpriced.

   Nice place and very lively. Not sure about the choice of music for an Italian restaurant but it was ok. Service was very good, lots of attention. Sadly had to send both main courses back as they were cold and they had run out of my first choice but these things can happen All in all it’s a nice restaurant great service but maybe a bit overpriced

   Es la segunda vez que voy a Nicoletta y como siempre todo muy rico !!! La atención excelente ! La chica que nos atendió muy amable y la hostess igual . Fue una agradable experiencia ! Fui a celebrar mi cumple y hasta pastelito me llevaron ! Aunque faltó la música de fondo que extrañé !
