   This place is absolutely beautiful! We sat in the bar area and everything was perfect! Our server/host for the evening was so amazing and took excellent care of us. We got a few drinks- sorry, the names of which escape me but they were awesome!! We also got a couple of appetizers- The burrata (amazing) and a Red Snapper Ceviche dish that was small but honestly super tasty. We will be back for sure! Nido is such a beautiful place to spend time in. An absolute must go!! Ughhhh!! I LOVE AUSTIN!!!!

   Setting was beautiful outside and inside. Food was limited and very expensive. Very small portions

   Amazing experience as always. Nick was wonderful. I also appreciate being sat at my preferred table.

   I love this place so much. I’ve been a handful of times and the staff is always so wonderful and welcoming. The cocktails are gorgeous. The food is delicious. The view is gorgeous even in the winter when so many of the trees are bare. It is just idyllic.

   Our server, Allison, was super kind and knowledgeable of the menu. Staff was super accommodating of my guests allergies! Food was delicious and so was the view!

   A true gem. We went on a Monday for lunch (outdoor patio) and it was a delight. The indoor was beautiful too! First time and what a treat! Excellent service and fresh food!

   Greeted by some very bad attitude hostess, seated, and then waited a minute before server came by to ask about drinks. While taking drink order I quickly and kindly asked if he recommended any good appetizers and he cut me off saying “sir for now I’m just taking your drink order, I’ll come back and help you with the rest”. That was an immediate negative tone to start the night. Not a single person told my fiancée happy birthday (which is pretty common for restaurants holding themselves to this caliber). As the night progressed our server kept going and checking in with the front hostess and they would all turn to look at our table. A front of house manager (or at least appeared to be never made eye contact, instead rolled her eyes as she walked by the table. Our server was super busy running around, and it appeared they were understaffed. He came back with our water and when we were going to order our appetizer, he told us we needed to make all of our selections then so we asked for more time because that wasn’t told to us prior. We then waited approximately 15-20mins before he came back and asked us what we would like. The entire night, we felt like we had to ignore the staff and made the best of it on our own. The service is a shame, and if prices are this high maybe less people in athletic wear and better service? The food, and drinks were phenomenal. Or maybe a breath of fresh air because of the horrible service? We tipped because we did not know if it was split and didn’t want to not show some appreciation for the food. Oh and the “Nido Roots” charge.. maybe ask or inform there will be a “conservation” fee?

   Had 6:45 reservations. Sat promptly. Mentioned in reservation it was our daughter’s 22nd birthday. No one even acknowledged it. Weird they would ask and never do anything for it. Food was good. Took a long time. Had wine and 2 of 4 appetizers pretty quickly. Other 2 took another 30 minutes. Entrees were good. When server had chance to get to us he was great. Just seemed like kitchen maybe didn’t have it down for timing. Who knows. Pretty views. Not certain we would go back.

    Our favorite find! Thank you Rachel for great service. We got a few of the same menu items and just as last time, everything was great! The front hosts were super sweet and got us seated right away. Such a cute spot! Highly recommend if you’re visiting or just having a staycation and want a view of Austin!
