Brunch was amazing! Staff was very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was great. Surprisingly quiet for a Saturday morning.

I was honestly disappointed. The service was not the best, but it was not bad either. My server was honestly really polite. However, I was waiting roughly 20 minutes for my server to come back to our table, AFTER someone else noticed our plates were done and cleared them for us. There were other instances where we tried fo get her attention but we weren’t able to. Our server was very nice, but maybe she was overwhelmed which could have translated to the service provided. Also the food was underwhelming. The fries were great but the sandwiches were not. I, along with the person I was with, were unsatisfied with our overall meal. We ate them because we were hungry and did not want to order anything else, but the foos court at the mall would have been better.

The Level99 venue attached was busy and the restaurant struggled to keep up. It took almost 25min to get a drink, food was slow, and it was very loud and busy with random people moving through the restaurant to get to Level99. Maybe it was staffing challenges during a holiday time when Level99 was busy? In either case, I'd expect things to be slow and the experience to be below average if Level99 is busy.

Bryan, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. I do apologize for missing your expectations as we take our hospitality very seriously at L99. On your Monday visit, we fell very short on our staffing needs due to the norovirus cycling through MA and Southern NH. Generally, there are two bars open on busy days with ample staff but we were forced to consolidate to just the Taproom and admittedly struggled to keep service times up to our standard . I can ensure you that this is not a norm for us and I would love to have you come back in and join us for a meal and/or cocktail at your own convenience as a personal Guest of mine. Enjoyed the time with team for a holiday event. In general the place works well for several reasons (team size, food choices, drink options and games). I do believe increasing the service level for food to be delivered at table will work amazing in such setup.

I would rate 10 stars if I could! If you're planning a night out for a great dining experience or looking for a bite while out shopping for the day, I highly recommend Night Shift Kitchen & Tap. The food and drinks are all made in-house, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent as well. We experienced a mix-up with our reservations, but the General Manager went above and beyond to accommodate our party and enhance our dining experience. We will definitely be returning in the future!
