Kitchen is very slow, lunch took 85 minutes. Meatball sub is terrible. Pizza is really good. There are better places to eat at this mall.

First and last time .. I had a rsvp . Arrived early and still waited 10 mins at the door before I was even acknowledged.. the waiter seemed as he was rushing us the entire time and very timid to even serve us . As we were ready to go I had to repeat the to go boxes a few time as he took his attention away from our table to immediately seat a group whom didn’t wait 10 mins they were seated as soon as they came to the door. Food was ok .. I liked the nachos better then the pizza .. Detroit is owed an apology for that pizza .

Great spot! They have great beer, and wine and cocktails. My favorite beers are the whirlpool (a juicy IPA) and the night lite (crisp lager). We got the elote guacamole which was great. Service is very good.

The food, and service were all very good. The only problem is you cannot easily make any changes to the menu. I have been there and ordered from there many times - usually pizza. Unless it’s on the menu, exactly as stated, they will only take items off of the pizza, not change any combinations.

We’ve been to Level 99 and Nightshift twice in the past week. We went to celebrate my daughter’s sweet 16. Out experience the first time was underwhelming and a bit disappointing but our experience yesterday turned everything around for us. Taz was so attentive, funny and generous. He helped us change our daughters birthday experience into a very positive one. Thank you Taz for a great experience. It was definitely memorable.

I had booked this reservation in advance. Had never been here before. Nobody helped nor showed us where to go or what to do. As far as the tickets the were prepaid that was a whole other issue. This place was very unorganized!!!!! And I do not recommend to be honest.

Only ate here because we were next door at Level 99. The food was just okay in my opinion and we had one friend who had a beer, nothing overly special. I know there are other night shift locations and I would probably give them a chance, this location is in a mall and I feel that could be a factor to their performance. The food wasn’t really special two of us got the same thing and they came out different. Fries weren’t super crisp and almost reminded me of five guys fries (greasy). By the time our server came to check on us to see how our food was everyone was just about finished, never got any napkins or anything and we all had finger food which was a little annoying. We were tucked away in the corner and couldn’t really get anyone’s attention and like I had mentioned before no one checked on us. I don’t think it’s the company I think it’s just the location unfortunately.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the experience considering it is attached to Level 99. We ate there because we were taking a break from the game rooms, but the restaurant could easily be a destination in and of itself. Great selection of drinks and food, beautiful space, great service.
