Night Shift Providence joins Level99, a challenge-based entertainment concept, located on the third floor of the Providence Place Mall, to bring Rhode Island the best Detroit-style pizza, amazing craft beer and a curated list of cocktails. The full-service Tap Room is open daily for a high level dining experience with incredible food from our scratch kitchen. The Beer Hall sits in the heart of the gameplay arena for group dining. Walk-up counter and pickup window make it easy to grab food and drinks while playing in the rooms and arenas.

Offering a real-world game experience, groups of 2-6 guests choose from over 40 rooms. Each room contains physical, mental, skill or team challenges. Level99 is an award-winning entertainment experience designed for young adults. Groups from 15-500 are welcome, whether a birthday party or epic work meeting, the options are endless. Level99 offers a variety of private spaces, a full menu, A/V and presentation capabilities, and an energetic atmosphere.

Our beer hall is perfect for larger groups! The casual, counter-service setting offers an a la carte menu of Detroit Style Pizzas, Salads, Sandwiches, Snacks, and Desserts. We offer a selection of 25+ beers, hard seltzer, cocktails, and wines. Reserve for groups of 6 to 20! Please note, the Arena Experience is order at counter. It is not full-service and does not have a server. If you would prefer a server, please book a table in our Dining Room. We love the food at Nightshift-everything is quality there. This time, the service was lacking at the beginning of our visit. No one came to our table for about 15 minutes after we sat. Finally, a waitress did come and take our drink orders, and the service did improve from there. Might just be a staffing issue.

I would put this in the category of not bad enough to complain, but not good enough to want to go back. I ordered one of the hamburgers and the burger was so small I would have asked “Where’s the beef?” If it didn’t make me feel so old to say it. The fries were warm, but didn’t taste fresh. The nachos were ok, but not great. The Bavarian pretzel was similarly average. Similar quality level to Auntie Anne’s.

Food was amazing. The chicken park handheld sandwich is so delicious. Was our first time here and didn’t know what to expect but food and service were really good

Lovely view just as the sun was setting. Limited bar (no olives, no makers mark, ,,). Chicken wings had little taste. Crispy chicken on salad was similar to chicken nuggets. Crispy chicken ramen salad was bland. Bar tender was great.

The staff were very sweet and attentive, and the playlist had a nice vibe. We Enjoyed the ambiance and throughly enjoyed being seated near window as the sunset.

The food really wasn’t all that great. We had 3 different servers, all which were very nice but we were confused. And it took a long time for the food to come out. The games at this place were fun though!

Perfect sized menu with just enough choices to give a good variety without being overwhelming and so many items on the menu sounded delicious! My group of six all ordered different things and were all blown away by how great the food was. Service was fast and our waitress was so friendly! We did not realize the restaurant was inside of level 99 when we booked our reservation, but that only added to the fun atmosphere of the restaurant. Such a great place for a girls night out, will definitely be back!
