Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately due to the size of our lot we cannot guarantee parking for all of our valued guests. There are additional lots in the area as well as metered street parking.

$100 per person min. spend on F&B + $300 rental fee. Fits 4-8 guests. Cabanas require a large format purchase to be made before purchase of individual cocktails. Large format purchases include wine, champagne, bottle service, pitchers and bowls Cabanas are covered, raised off the ground and include a sofa for lounging. They are located in the sand in our property and have access to the full food & beverage menu. All guests must be 21+ and have a physical ID. Pricing does not include tax and gratuity. Multiple reservations are not permitted. Each guest is responsible for meeting his or her minimum consumption requirement. Minimums are non-transferable between guests. This pricing is for Friday- Sunday only, excluding holidays.
Double Daybeds (Friday-Sunday)

The brunch buffet was very nice. Plenty of food. The sushi is fantastic. But what really made our day special was our sever Felix. He is fun, engaging and professional. Great job.

A great interior architecture and a very nice ambiance, you will definitely enjoy what you eat and drink, and with the touches of general manager gurkan, it has turned into a very nice service.

Nikki Beach is always a wonderful place to come whenever you’re in Miami especially in South Beach. The food is always fantastic. The service is great and you’re right on the beach. The vibes are immaculate. 10 out of 10 always!
