   Absolutely phenomenal restaurant. Anytime I’m back in Dallas I will be returning. Great vibe, food, and service.

   Gave them an extra star since they held our table when we were running late but everything else was terrible. Took over an hour to get our food with no acknowledgment. Waitress was nice enough the few times we saw her. Food was okay, nothing special and this is coming from someone who loves Greek cuisine. Don’t waste your time here as there are far better options in DFW.

   Four of the seven of our group ordered moussaka. It was a limited menu. Appetizers and drinks were great . Then inexplicably the entree didn’t arrive for over thirty minutes. Finally, all were served and the three fish orders were good although somewhat fishy; the accompanying rice was cold. All four moussaka entrees were very cold . When the waitress asked ‘ how everything was’ we admitted the food was cold. They whisked it away . About 10 minutes later they re-served the moussaka . Again it was cold?!? Ever heard of a food thermometer? Ultimately we weren’t charged for the food but why would you eat here?

   First we're sorry to hear about your experience at Nikki Greek Bistro & Lounge. We apologized for the delay and the fact your food was not up to temp you received. As a business owner nothing is more dissapointing than hearing a review like yours. I am making no excuses but a meeting was held late last night specifically to discuss the breakdown that took place with your table. Once in a blue moon if anything can go wrong it will and I wish it was not with your table or anyones for that matter. Our management did everything to correct the situation and even comped the food. Your input is valued and corrective measures were put into place to make sure this does not happen again. Your one star review hurts and we hope you give us the opportunity to earn the other 4. Thank you.

   It was fine. Food was fine. Drinks were fine. This place is more for aesthetics.

   Valentine's Day is a challenge for any restaurant, but Nikki's Greek Bistro and Lounge was overall able to keep up. Service was slightly stalled due to the number of active tables, but VERY friendly and helpful. The whole roasted fish, charred octopus and lemon potatoes were a wonderful blend of flavours and delicious. The vegetable plate seemed like an afterthought, as the food temperature was warm at best but still delivered in terms of flavours and herbs you don't taste anywhere else. Will definitely return and try the lamb and three dip appetizer- it was what everyone else was ordering!

   The food was Fantastic, everything we had was very good and worth was he paid for. The staff were very friendly, and the vibe of the whole restaurant was perfect. Will definitely come back here for another date night!

   Saturday brunch. Really terrific. Excellent food, really nice entertainment. The vibe was friendly, and fun. The staff is excellent, and attentive. Our favorite Saturday brunch.

    Nikki was such a vibe! We sat in the lounge area for lunch, which was so beautiful. They had a DJ playing house beats in that area. The mimosas were a great deal with a generous Prosecco pour. Please get the meatballs!! They were so juicy!! The mussels were great too. We received great service during our entire experience and will definitely be back to experience dinner soon.
