The food and the ambiance, spectacular!! This is my second time having dinner there. My friend got the salmon 100%! Recommended and I got the Branzino, which I don’t have words to describe ; the flavor, the texture it was just amazing. we ended our dinner with dessert ❤️

Wonderful catchup dinner with a dear friend!! The shrimp & octopus orzo was amazing! And we absolutely loved our server - Isaac!

The food was very good, and recent menu additions were welcome. Charming decor but the noise level was relatively high. Service was personal and polite, but there were some gaps where drinks ordered took a really long time to hit the table. We actually had to go up to the bar ourselves to get one that was sitting on the service bar, waiting for our server to pick up. Also the person that delivered the food did not notice that we had no silverware, so we had to grab some from an empty table next to us since our server was occupied with another table. We will definitely go back, but suggest that management tighten up the training for servers and bartenders.

I LOVE Nikos. Hands down my favorite restaurant and maybe the "best" restaurant in Durham. Their vegetarian entrees are phenomenal and maybe the best I've had anywhere. I feel like many restuarants have lackluster vegetarian options that feel like they have them just so you can go there with your vegetarian friends without them complaining, but the entrees here are _so_ good that your vegetarian friends will want to come here. Last night, my table of three ordered all three of the veg entrees (king mushroom, ricotta gnocci, and mujadara cake) and shared and each one was extremely flavorful and different. The wine menu is great and has many options you wont see elsewhere (e.g., orange wine, vinsanto) unless you actually travel to the Balkans. And the wait staff is really exceptional. I've been to Nikos maybe 10+ times and every time the waiters are friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and maybe even entertaining.
