I haven’t been to this restaurant in years. It’s very charming and lovely inside. I have to say I was a little disappointed in the portion sizes. I had the linguine with clam sauce and there was barely any pasta. Even my husband asked if there was pasta underneath the clams. But there was a good amount of clams, which was nice. My husband had the salmon which was good. I know we had ordered the calamari as an appetizer, which was a small portion as well. We ended the evening with cannolis, which were excellent, but unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be back. I’m trying to upload pictures, but it won’t let me.

Caesar salad and burrata app delicious-burrata portion a bit small though. We all enjoyed the chicken parm and the chicken scarp. Tartufo yummy. The piano player was lovely and perfect background music. We were a party of 5. Loved Nino walking around and personal touch throughout evening. What a gentleman.

Food is consistently excellent. It is never over crowded, so you can hear yourselves speak. Friday nights you have the extra treat of Lou at the piano playing and singing beautifully! Nino is always there to welcome you and is a true gentleman.

Nino's continues to be an Upper East Side gem, the last of a breed of restaurants where diners actually get dressed to enjoy a meal in an elegant but not stiff setting. The menu offerings are Old School Italian, Ivy League not Community College. :-) Nino's Homemade Meatballs are a must. Nino is a consummate host, who actually reads the Notes on Open Table and fulfills all requests.

Lou Watson, the piano player was fantastic!! Main reason to go. Food is excellent, bit pricey Lovely atmosphere & low noise levels

The atmiaphere was very nice and the piano player was great, bringing a cool vibe to dinner. The service was excellent, and the menu had a lot of nice options. My wife loved the sauce, but my chicken dish was bland.
