The wood panelled restaurant is an intimate, distinctive and cosy retreat. Following an extensive refurbishment, No.35 blends traditional elements, luxurious fabrics and timely touches that reflect the original Georgian roots of the building. The afternoon tea for vegetarian was appalling, soggy bread and no effort. Although we asked for any fish, (didn't get any) we felt there was no effort here. The cakes, some, not as fresh as they could be. Would not return for afternoon tea. No great service, and table was placed at the two open doors and the room only had to other tables occupied. (cold at times) .
