   The food was outstanding. Everything I had, from the signature cocktails, to the scallops, then the rainbow trout, and the creme brulee were top notch dishes. Our server Taylor was attentive and knowledgeable without being overbearing. My only complaint, if it could be called that, is that the scallops appetizer was to big, It could have been eaten as a meal by itself. Thank you to everyone at Noble for providing a wonderful experience.

   We stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the ease of eating without leaving the premises. The food was good - not outstanding, especially for the price. For example the Brassica Salad had a very bland dressing. The mains (trout and steak) were very good but not exceptional. I was surprised that the by-the-glass wine was served already poured. No opportunity to see the bottle. (Remember this restaurant is in wine country and the price was $28 or so for 9oz.)

   This was a romantic evening for us and the dinner did not disappoint, great table and excellent service from Victoria. We enjoyed the food, well prepared and excellent presentation. We would definitely recommend.

   We had the best servers. Friendly and attentive. We had the best table. Private and right by a window, so a really pretty view. The food was fabulous. And the town of Niagara of the lake is a must see.

   Everything was great ( except for halibut skin, hahaha). Service was great and so were the surrounding guests!

   The food and service were absolutely amazing. Our waiter tended to our every need and was patient and very professional. The food was superb and we would really like to complement the chef on the excellent preparation. I haven't had a good steak like that for many years. The portions were very generous and a delight to the eyes and palate. If it was not so far I would definitely return

   Tuesday night dinner. First time dining here. Wonderful, friendly service from the personable Gerard. Nice selections of local wines. My wife opted for a sparkling rose while I enjoyed a Merlot. Fresh, crisp greens. My wife’s NY strip steak was flavorful and cooked perfectly. My lamb had to be re-done but all was well the second time. Look forward to dining here again on a return trip in April. Lovely atmosphere in their lounge after dinner for cocktails to end the evening.

    Tasty food. Nice ambiance. Service just OK. We had a reservation for a few weeks and when we showed up on time we were told that we need to wait 10-15 minutes. That there is a waiting list for our reservation. We’re told to go wait in the hotel lobby. No explanation, not offered a drink to order while we waited, just dismissed. This is the first time our reservation at any restaurant was not honoured. You would think when you are spending over $100 per person, you get better treatment than any a fast food restaurant. Meh
