   We came to Nobu for my Birthday occasion and the experience was amazing! The ambiance, the servers waiting to provide the most clean and wonderful experience you can have. The food was amazing! The Hot Stone Wagyu is to die for! The Sake was so so good and the Shrimp Tempurah Roll are giving me flash backs. The music and vibes of this place is so cool as well as relaxing. Japanese spa vibes but think inside a really nice underground cave. Beautiful restaurant and I'm so happy Nobu is here in New Orleans. Perfect first experience! I can't wait to come back.    I was honestly disappointed with my experience overall. The atmosphere felt lacking—it didn’t create a welcoming or enjoyable vibe. The food was underwhelming, both in terms of quality and presentation, and it didn’t feel like it matched the price point. Additionally, the wait time for our food was longer than expected, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t very busy. That said, our server was excellent—attentive, friendly, and clearly doing his best to provide great service. Unfortunately, outside of his efforts, I found little value in the experience. I hope improvements are made because the potential is there, but as it stands, I wouldn’t return based on this visit

   Service was very good, but the food quality and preparation was not worth the money. Very bland and very overpriced. The NOLA location does not have the same quality of other Nobu restaurants. We have tried several times and $400 for two is too much for a ok meal.

   My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Nola Nobu. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the entire staff. Our waitress Andrea was the best. Her knowledge of the menu and foods made ordering easy. Her enthusiasm and service was top notch. Our experience was so good that we went the next night for dinner as well. Great experience , highly recommended when in town.

    Our server, Michael was very personable and helpful. We very much enjoyed our experience. The caesar salad was amazing as was all of the food. Although it is pricey, the food is truly delicious.
