   This was my second visit to NOBU Washington, DC, and it was just as exceptional as the first. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. I got there a bit earlier than my reservation time but the staff was incredibly accommodating and seated me right away. The food, as expected, was outstanding. Every dish was prepared to perfection with the freshest ingredients and exquisite flavors that make NOBU such a standout dining experience. What made the evening even more special was the service. My server was the same one I had on my last visit and she was just as wonderful this time around. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. The combination of impeccable service, delicious food, and the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere makes NOBU DC a place I will continue to return to. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

   A really nice dining experience, with exciting food choices and excellent quality. The main downside: exceedingly expensive for what you get. Small dishes, some high-average, but not exceptional. And service was slow (even on a calm week night).

   Personnel was friendly and helpful. Ambience was nice but too dark at the tables. The only place with good lighting was a sushi bar. The quality of the fish and sushi rice was mediocre which is unacceptable for a restaurant with such premium pricing. Especially unacceptable was a shrimp sushi. Also, selection of sushi was missing such a staple as a "saba" - mackerel sushi. Selection of drinks was good. But would be nice to also have included selection of Japanese Soju.

   We had a wonderful time at Nobu DC! We had a special date night dinner and Nobu was the perfect place. The service was incredible (better than any other Nobu location we've been to!) and the ambiance was very warm & comforting. The miso cod and crispy rice with spicy tuna are a must get, and all of the sushi rolls are perfection. We can't wait to come back soon! :)

   Nobu never disappoints. I was fortunate to be there during happy hour, which a lot of my favorites are on the happy hour menu.

    Our server was amazing. Food alright drinks amazing. Had a lychee martini.
