We love Nobu and visit everywhere we go. This small little venue is not worthy of the Nobu brand and the service, food presentation, ambiance and atmosphere are not Nobu worthy

Even though it does have a pop-up feel for those of us who've been going to this particular hotel lobby area for years with different formats, this is on brand, on point Nobu cuisine that you will find in the other locations. Our food was excellent! The house sake is very reasonably priced and also is as good as the more expensive brands. I would recommend it!

Awesome food and service, as always. Hoping they update this space to have the same vibe and atmosphere as other Nobus that we have visited!

I was really looking forward to dining here and avoiding the trip to Miami to experience Nobu. Unfortunately, my expectations were a bit too high, and I didn’t research enough before making my reservation. At the moment, the restaurant is located in the hotel lobby in a small, temporary space that lacks the signature ambiance one might expect. I understand this is a short-term setup as they work on securing a permanent location, so I didn’t let that influence my overall impression too much. One challenge I encountered was the lack of a direct contact number for the restaurant. When I tried to adjust my reservation, I reached the hotel receptionist instead, and the experience was less than welcoming. Additionally, the reservation policy requires a credit card hold, with a $50 per person fee if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance. While I understand the need for such policies, a 48-hour window feels a bit excessive compared to the standard 24 hours I’ve seen elsewhere. When it comes to the food, I have to admit I was underwhelmed. As someone who frequents fine dining establishments and explores a wide range of cuisines, I expected more. We ordered from various sections of the menu—hot, cold, and sushi—but unfortunately, everything was just average. It didn’t leave the memorable impression I had hoped for. That said, I do want to highlight our server, Charles, who was an absolute standout. His warm personality, extensive knowledge of the menu, and exceptional service truly elevated the experience. Overall, I believe there’s potential here, especially once the permanent space is established. However, for now, it didn’t quite meet the mark I associate with the Nobu name.

Really bad experience - rude and scattered service, extra charge on bill that we caught for extra $70 from them mistakingly sending a different dish that was immediately sent back, and a 20% mandatory service charge for a table of 3. Upon asking the manager about the service charge, he was very passive aggressive saying it is the policy of this place for ALL bills and also for other Nobus (not the ones I visit though). He was very weirdly dismissive. Obviously this place is in financial trouble - next day at the tranquility pool in talking with other 2 separate parties that we befriended at the pool, they also had the same complaints and mentioned they won’t be back to restaurant. We are usual guests of the hotel but this restaurant is very bad. Food is meh.

This is the second Nobu location I’ve been too, considering this one was inside a hotel I was a bit skeptical at first but after walking inside I realized how nice the hotel really was. I knew it had to be good, I personally got the sushi and nigiri per usual and it did not disappoint! Fish was very fresh and that’s from a fisherman! My gf ordered the chicken on the menu which she enjoyed as well! Overall nice experience and recommend if you’re ever in the area!

Eau Palm Beach is very beautiful and elegant. NOBU service was outstanding and we learned a lot about the different Sake's that were available. The cold SAKE was amazing. However for some reason, the food was very salty. We were a table of four and tried many different items but all were overly salty (not sure if it was the soy sauce used?) but it was a distraction.

Food worthy of any Nobu, and forgiving the temporary setting in a hotel lobby, one still expects excellent service. We felt rushed to make decisions, that our leisurely pace annoyed the waiter (party of two we were still out in an hour and a half so we weren't unusually slow). Plates were grabbed out of the way before they were empty. The waiter spilled soy sauce on the carpet as pointed out by the neighboring table, only missing that gentleman because he jumped out of the way, but never apologized. Kudos to the runners who actually smiled and made us feel welcome, but the whole experience was disappointing.
