   Nobu more like Temu. We sat in a continental dining space in the lobby of a hotel that was screened off. The china and cutlery must have been left from the hotel. My partner and I took a friend there for dinner who was visiting from Miami. My partner is from LA and I’m from NYC…….. We definitely thought after seated we were at the wrong place. Along with our guest who called walking in and asked if he was to meet us in the corner of the lobby….. We love the Nobu experience and this was not it. With all that being said….. our dinner corse arrived in three parts. Our guest got his…. 10 minutes passed and mine arrived and then after another 10 mins my partners arrived…. But the show went on, no apologies from the staff. They never even asked if we liked our plates… We continued to make eye contact with the manger who also never touched our table. Dessert was the best part of the meal, since we shared we all got to eat together. Hey and they got this one down!! When they dropped the check it was explained the gratuity was included. And we never saw anyone again and got out. Making a reservation was easy and table was ready in the nursing home on time. $320.00 for dinners…. And we drank water. No alcohol. Simply chicken plates and some sushi. You can most definitely have an amazing experience in palm beach for 100$ a person not at a banquet dining table with floral carpet and a fence around you. We’re palm beach locals and live on the island. Take our advice.

   Caution when sitting outside. The windscreens as installed flap and bang loudly. They are positioned so close to the tables that they can bang into you during windy evenings. While the food is consistent with other Nobu locations, I found the service to be laissez-faire. Almost hands off to the point that we waited almost 20 minutes for water at one be point in time.

   We sat outside Got the luck to have a very loud family with young kids screaming as we ate :( Our server Andrew was amazing , was very helpful with our selections, kind and funny at same time. He clearly was knowledgeable of each foods and drinks Food was delicious but limited menu, I thought there were more options from when I went to Malibu.

   We were celebrating our birthdays and were treated royally by Luke . He also helped us navigate the menu to avoid soy ingredients since my daughter is allergic to that . All sai a lovely delicious evening

   The food was excellent, but this was definitely not NOBU. This was a pop-up version.- literally located where the old Eau bar was. Same furrniture - food was good- just wasn't the ambiance expected. Service, great. Food creative and tasty.

    It was OK. The place is temporary pop-up which we completely understood outside was beautiful. It was a beautiful night. The only problem is I felt really bad. It felt like there was only one server for everybody and he was he was running. He was a nice guy, but for no booze, quality and the reputation I expected so much more and I for what I paid Which I had no problem doing I just wanted it to be a better experience. That’s all again. it was just it felt like he was in the weeds and it didn’t seem fair for him and it just wasn’t that no Boo that I wanted it to be to shame, but I love the hotel and I Love everything about the hotel so I will be back and the food was snow boo it was great, but again the service wasn’t the guys fault. It was just. I think they just didn’t have a staff properly.
