$350 out the door and I left hungry. I got the 2oz of the Wagyu served flambé style (recommended by the staff) and the bottom of every piece was completely burnt and ruined the taste. The fish dishes were good, stay away from the beef dishes

Very disappointed in our Tea experience. Food was bland and basic. It’s Nobu, we were expecting so much flavor and speciality! Atmosphere was dreary. Dessert course was good and enjoyed the fruit plate! Service was great!

I have tried countless other nobu locations and this one has to be my least favorite. The hosts were completely unprepared and unprofessional, it was valentine’s day so I expected it to be busy but for a restaurant of this caliber I was surprised how poorly trained they were. When we first walked into the restaurant we weren’t greeted and ignored by staff, the hostess then assisted the people who came in after us and were waiting in line behind us. We waited about 10-15 minutes for our table and luckily our server was incredible and very knowledgeable about the menu! He was great and very attentive. But the food was sub par compared to the Malibu and new york locations. Not worth it for the price point.

Great experience all around. Everything I put in my mouth was amazing. Our server was also really funny and accommodating. It’s me and my girlfriend’s favorite restaurant now. The black cod miso and crispy tuna rice is to die for!

Food was pretty good, but I’ve had better overall service from Applebees. Our server was not on par with the cost to eat here. To spend $800 on meal and have to wait 30 min for a coke everytime we asked is crazy. Our server wasn’t engaging or simply good at all

I have eaten at different Nobu locations many times, and the Palo Alto location half a dozen times. The service seriously declined this time. First of all, I had a 7pm reservation, and when we arrived at 7 we were told it would be a five minute wait. Later we were told it would be twenty minutes, and were told we could sit at the sushi bar. Our table wasn't actually available At a restaurant of this caliber and price, I expect them to prioritize their reservations. If something like this occurs, they should be apologetic and try to make it good. A simple glass of champagne or a genuine apology was all that was needed. None of that. In addition, little things about the service just aren't where they've been in the past. Small things, for example my wife left her disposable chopsticks on a dirty plate, but when they cleared they didn't take them. They didn't clean little drips of sauce on the table when they cleared plates. The staff seemed overworked, impolite, and just not up to the standard of my prior experiences. The exception was the sushi chefs, who were gracious and of course, amazing at what they do. We left a full tip and requested it go exclusively to them.
