We have been to this restaurant many times, and most often have had positive experiences. However, last night was truly disappointing. The service was incredibly s-l-o-w. Our three-person dinner took over 2 hours 15 minutes to complete. Within that time, we were waiting on food courses for about a total of 1-1/2 hours. There were 20 minute periods of time that we sat with dirty dishes in front of us, and not a server in sight. On multiple occasions when we did see someone, we had to ask where when our food was coming. I had completed my entree, and then waited another 20 minutes for the entrees for my two companions to be served. Painful to sit through. In addition, a number of "hot" courses were cold, including a $68 King Crab tempura entree. My companions ordered pricey beef entrees, which were also cold. Overall, the food quality and and timing of presentation was poor. The kicker was that we then paid $40 for valet parking (on a Monday night!), and - at their request - texted their valet service 20 min in advance to bring our car around. When we walked out to the valet stand, the four valet attendants said they had not read the texts, and we proceeded to wait another 6 - 10 min for the car. My son had a stomach ache from the food last night: poor service, cold courses and potentially "off" food? Be warned!

Ribeye with truffle butter sauce was very chewy and not medium rare. Shrimp tempura, tuna rice cakes and spicy seafood soup was all very good. Service was very slow from start to finish.

Awesome time. A great dining experience. Service was on point. Only confusing part of evening was our seating arrangement. We only had outside option. But inside was 50% empty. Makes no sense. We watched another couple leave when they couldn’t sit inside.

Great service as always, but this is the second visit in a row in past month where my guests hve said the sushi/shashimi was "ok". I expect more. My vegan food was exceptionally good.

The food was amazing. However our waiter gave us a “you don’t belong here” kind of attitude throughout our night. We ordered a variety of food, and he proceeded to give off a pushy attitude about ordering more food. Did not like service at all. But the food itself will bring me back
