The food and service were exceptional. It’s pricey, but a nice experience. (Not recommended for growing boys would still needed to stop at In-N-Out for a burger on the way home 😊).

Sat 45 minutes after reservation with no communication. Then waited 30 minutes for drinks. Ended up not getting food and going to a different restaurant because it was so irritating.

The food at Nobu is consistently amazing no matter which location. We had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated even with a reservation. The initial service was pretty slow. Our first dishes were served, and our wine still hadn’t arrived. Having said as the night went on the service continued to improve.

I finally visited Nobu after hearing so much about the legendary experience. Let’s just say the ambiance did not disappoint. The sleek, modern decor blended perfectly with an air of understated elegance, setting the mood for what I anticipated to be an unforgettable evening. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive and welcoming, making sure every detail was handled with precision. First impressions? Absolutely top-notch. Now, let’s talk about the food. You can immediately taste the high-end quality—each bite was crafted with care and premium ingredients. However, the experience wasn’t flawless. The Good: The flavors were refined, and the presentation was impeccable. The attention to detail was evident in every dish, and it’s clear why Nobu has such a stellar reputation. The Not-So-Good: The Nobu tacos fell short of expectations. They were bite-sized and I anticipated at least having two bites or more to call it a taco. One of my pet peeves at any high-end dining establishment is when the main courses don’t arrive together. Unfortunately, this was the case during our visit. My dish was served first, and although I didn’t want my hot meal to go cold, it was awkward eating while others waited. About five minutes later, the second dish arrived, and it took another 8-10 minutes for the last person at our table to receive theirs. At a place known for exceptional service, this was disappointing. The Verdict: The main dishes were undeniably good, but not the “wow” experience I was expecting from a restaurant with such a prestigious reputation. While I appreciate the ambiance, service, and quality, the inconsistencies in timing and the underwhelming tacos slightly dimmed the experience. Would I go back? Possibly, but with different expectations. Nobu is undeniably elegant and sophisticated, but for the hype and price point, I expected a bit more.

Both the food and service were fantastic. The restaurant needs to be updated though. The tables were chipped and there was a hole in our seat.

We selected a chef's tasting, and the service was painfully slow. So slow, that the waiter left before we did. Not up to the typical Nobu standards. I've done this meal several times there and feel like it has deteriorated over the years.

Decided to finally try Nobu, and unfortunately, it disappointed from the start to finish. Even more disappointing as we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. Slow service, lack of taste on most of the dishes, outside of the cod, which was absolutely amazing. The Matcha birthday dessert at the end seemed like an afterthought, especially since we declined it in the first place. Lack of communication between all the servers. 20 minutes in between courses. Very disappointed as this was a very expensive meal for us.
