I have always enjoyed Nobu. My most recent experience while good, was not the usually stellar experience. For the price it should be stellar.

We loved our experience - we had just got married in Vegas so we were looking for a real treat, and we love Japanese food so this was perfect! The food was delicious and our chef was great fun. It was expensive though. For us it was worth it - if you want the Teppenyaki experience and plenty of good food, go for it. If you want a private meal with the ability to choose your own dishes, it makes sense to book your own table and choose off menu. Either way, you can expect the food and service to be great. We were made to feel special on our wedding day!

Es una gran experiencia gastronómica, sin embargo no todos los platos son servidos en plancha y eso minimiza un poco la experiencia, pero en sabor todo espectacular

we did the omakase which had the freshest ingredients. the sea bass was particularly excellent. fun, lively teppanyaki chef elevated the evening telling slightly edgy jokes(tame by vegas standards)and greeted us so warmly. he was attentive to tastes and potential allergies. even told us the best way to enjoy food and not to bother with sauces and the like. great evening in vegas

Our chef Nick was outstanding along with the entire Teppanyaki Omakase dining experience. The rest of the staff was welcoming and attentive throughout the entire meal.

Likely the worst food I have had. Have dined at wonderful restaurants throughout the world. Was interested in this restaurant due to the two Michelin stars that were achieved at the Vegas location prior to expansion. Went through the Omakase progression, and was disappointed to say the least. 1. It was rushed. To the point where people were taking plates away while still trying to eat food. I’m sorry, my wife and I didn’t inhale like a buffet. 2. The spinach salad was gross. No, really, just gross. 3. No pairing, wine, sake or otherwise available. I pressed them, and they gave me wine glasses filled with sake. No, really, full blown wine glasses. 4. Almost all dishes came with a spicy dollop of some sort. Ew. 5. The A5 Waygu was paired with wasabi, which happens at times. However, it was also paired with a house made bbq sauce/A1 sauce which is absurd. 6. Then, prior to the grand finale, they decided to add lobster, scallops, and A5 Waygu to fried rice and place it into a shot glass because that’s fancy. 7. The desert was amazing, despite not having a desert Chef. However, this compliment is in the terrible list because they once again tried to take plates away while we were eating. Huh? Taco Bell lets me eat in peace, and therefore deserves their Michelin stars. If, you genuinely want amazing food which you will not feel the day, save your money for Daniel in New York or The French Laundry on Nappa. I am writing this review one day after my experience, and am still quite angry and disappointed.

Not a typical omakase; it’s actually (supposedly), a hibachi version of an omakase. First, there was nothing unique about the dishes, I’d guess that everything was available on the regular menu. Second, I doubt the total cost of everything would have added up to the 250 each that it cost me.
