To bring the celebration together, Noche will offer Mexican inspired hand crafted cocktails. Every guest will experience a fiesta and be treated like familia by the gracious and friendly staff. The fun atmosphere will be elevated with music, great food, art and a remembrance of those who we love but have passed.

Noche is an authentic tribute to Mexican BBQ featuring popular smoked meats and sides cooked for family and friends during celebration. Aaron Diaz, founder and operator is bringing the classic Mexican BBQ flair to Louisville KY keeping true to Mexico's classic tingas, antojitos and unique salsas. Aaron was born in Texas and grew up with a unique Mexican twist on the classic backyard BBQ, surrounded by familia, memories and flavorful food. In Mexico a BBQ is more than just a gathering, it is a gesture of love when one cooks for all, creating a moment in time when a memory is tangible for eternity. Brunch was great! Chilequiles and brisket nachos were delicious. Our server, Latisha, was great as well.

Our first time here, but it won’t be our last!! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. The building is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend trying this if you haven’t!

I’ve been wanting to come here for a long time and was soooo glad we went!! The Old fashioned was the best I’ve had in Louisville, seriously. We had their armadillo eggs and fajitas and wow! The spice was just right, the service was excellent and we walked away knowing we will be back!

Went for NYE dinner, and it was lovely atmosphere! The food and drinks were incredible and the service was amazing. Highly recommend

We dined at Noche early on NYE as a family. The setting, in a repurposed church, is really striking, especially sitting up in the mezzanine section/organ loft. This was our second visit. Margaritas were on special for $5 and were tasty and balanced. We started with a trio of dips—queso, guacamole and tomatillo salsa, which were all good. Entrees consisted of pulled pork tacos, a chicken quesadilla, pork quesadilla, and chicken tinga tacos. Each was a large portion and well prepared. Our server was busy but very attentive and energetic. I appreciate the restaurant’s chef take on Mexican food.

We love this neighborhood restaurant. It's beautiful and the food is delicious. Recommended: the carnitas plate, the brisket plate and the pork tacos. Both plates have a 1/2 portions option and seriously, 2 people could easily split even the 1/2 plate if you order and appetizer, too. The guacamole is good - but we found it needed salt or more acid. Im sure that's just a personal preference. The carajillo cocktail is sneaky and so easy to drink. Our friend got the churro cheesecake and devoured it. Our server, Tommie was sweet and attentive. The only suggestion we could make has nothing to do with the food. The live music is great however it was extremely loud and we had a hard time communicating with each other over dinner. We may have stayed a little longer and had a few more cocktails if the music volume was just a bit lower. Keep the music but maybe start it later in the evening or be aware of the volume.
