Mathieu Germond, former co-owner and restaurant manager of Pied à Terre restaurant, bring his new restaurant with George Farrugia in charge of the cooking. Their aim is to bring a French ‘rustic' and convivial atmosphere to London’s Fitzrovia.
Noizé comprises of a ground floor restaurant and a lower floor. Possibility to have a private room, large tables.
The menu will feature seasonal dishes, bold combinations served in a straightforward but elegant style. Given Mathieu’s vast knowledge of wine and sommelier at Pied à Terre, the wine list will be broad, expressive and creative, with featured combinations and tastings.

It was a pleasure to return to Noize for a thoroughly enjoyable celebration lunch. The modern French cuisine was perfectly executed, the wine list was a delight, but what lifts Noize into the realms of the exceptional is the wonderful service from Mathieu and his team. I look forward to my next visit!

The five of us enjoyed an outstandingly good lunch at Noize. Everything we chose from the short menu of French classics was well-executed and delicious, but the real star of the show was the fine wine list. This features an eye-popping selection of France’s great wines, all sensibly priced, and curated by a friendly, knowledgable and helpful sommelier. It was an absolute joy to drink a superb 2014 Gevrey Chambertin in perfect condition without having to take out a second mortgage. I strongly recommend Noize to Francophile oenophiles!

Superb French cuisine , all 5 of us had excellent meals , and excellent wines from their outstanding list which goes back decades ! My second visit - and look forward to returning soon !!

Very nice place to eat with tables generously spaced allowing good privacy. Food very good with particular mention for the two starters we had, a smoked mackerel dish and sole fritters. Restaurant is not cheap but is very good value with better standard of food than comparably priced restaurants in the area.

Quite possibly my favourite place in London, the food is superb and beautifully presented. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. What more could you want?

We had a wonderful experience at Noize. The dining room was spacious and the service attentive and helpful. The food was exquisite.cuttlefish to start was tender and the slow cooked beef rib to die for. Fabulous wine list and pairings with dessert were well judged. The owners were utterly charming and have created a unique and welcoming environment. Tell your friends- we will be telling ours!!

Overall this was a great fine dining experience. The restaurant is extremely well run - service is impeccable, a perfect combination of professional and friendly. The dining room is beautifully lit and tables well spaced out. Very interesting menu (on a blackboard) and the quality of the food was superb. My only small criticism is the size of the main course I found a bit mean (only 3 quite small pieces of venison). Puddings were delicious and the wine list is excellent.
