Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

Really lovely time at Noko! Everyone was kind and welcoming, especially our waiter Keith! Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday sweet treat surprise! If anything I think the green beans could have used less salt but otherwise meal items were great too. Thank you for helping me celebrate!

Amazing food and service! Love their mission and values and the service reflects how happy their employees are. My son said it’s the best meal he’s had in Nashville. We’ll be back!

Everything was great! Tyler was an awesome server and Maddy the hostess was so nice. Food was wonderful. One downfall is music was a little loud, so most people were talking louder trying to drown it out. Overall 9/10 on everything!

Every time I come, I am blown away at the entire experience Noko continuously offers. The food is exquisite. The service is incredible. Noko is hands down the best restaurant in Nashville.

Absolutely loved Noko. Delicious food and drinks, outstanding service, and we enjoyed a lively atmosphere that still allowed us to chat. What a Nashville treasure!

We finally booked ourselves a reservation here for our anniversary after hearing so many positive things. I was worried it would be overrated and it was not! Everyone was so kind and helpful without being too chatty. They made sure we felt special on our anniversary. The ambiance was nice. The food was outstanding. The first 5 dishes we received were 10/10 and I’m still dreaming about the spicy tuna crispy rice.

Always spectacular. Keith was amazing. We always enjoy our evenings at Noko. It is our son‘s favorite restaurant and we look forward to it every time.

Noko was fantastic and our waiter Mitch was the man. Really appreciate his knowledge and attention to detail on our entire experience. It was our first time and we will definitely be coming back. My wife and I guy 7 different dishes and Mitch gifted us one he didn’t want us to miss out on. Best of the Best: Tuna Crispy Rice, Lobster Bao Buns, Korean Hot Wings, Brussels Good: Burrata - maybe a little too sweet with the jam. Not our favs: bone marrow, crab fried rice Overall this experience was awesome and the entire menu sounded fire. Great date night spot!
