“This is food the way we like to eat,” says Joe Davi, Founding Partner at Nona Blue.Davi and Bill Bona, also Founding Partner at Nona Blue, saw American dining trending toward smaller portions with different tastes; sharing at tables had always been an option, now it was being encouraged.     First let me say that I received a call the day before our reservation to ask if there was a special purpose of our lunch, any food allergies or special requests. What incredible concierge level service. This incredible service and food continued through out our business lunch. Truly exceptional. Thank you!

    Visiting from out of town so took a chance. We all enjoyed our meals and Jennifer our server was great. Made suggestions, answered all our questions and checked on us just the right amount of would highly recommend and if ever back in town will be back.

    We arrived early for our reservation but we were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and fast. They seemed to have an impressive wine and cocktail menu but we settled on some local draft beers that were delicious. We shared the signature corn chowder which was flavorful and lighter than it sounds. We both had entree salads with salmon and beef. The salads were fresh and tasty and the proteins prepared exactly to our requests. All the staff were quite nice and worked as a team. We requested that they call our hotel for a shuttle back and they did this without any questions. A very enjoyable experience on a rainy cold night. Definitely worth returning!
