“This is food the way we like to eat,” says Joe Davi, Founding Partner at Nona Blue.Davi and Bill Bona, also Founding Partner at Nona Blue, saw American dining trending toward smaller portions with different tastes; sharing at tables had always been an option, now it was being encouraged. As the vision for Nona Blue began to come into focus, Bona and Davi began crafting their “Shareables” menu, featuring items that can be passed among an entire table or serve as a meal for a single guest.

    Lovely birthday lunch for my sister. A nice dining experience without loud background noise. We were able to have a conversation that didn’t require raising your voice. Food was very good. Best salad that I have had in ages. Whoever does mis en place at this restaurant is skilled! Not typically noticeable but the dice and prep for everything was perfect! Also, all the staff were personable and helpful. Special shoutout to our server, Jennifer. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. Really appreciate the vegetarian friendly input from Jennifer, as well. Two thumbs up. First time there. We will be back.

    The waitstaff was super attentive. The food was delicious! The menu is large so there was something for everyone on our party including our kids!

    Cody was an amazing server! We had ordered the wings and when they came they were spicy (which doesn’t say on the menu). My husband can’t have spice and we sent them back. They came back hard and over cooked…no way they were a fresh batch! Thankfully the manager apologized but honestly they never should have left the kitchen that way.

    We always love going to nola blue! This time the eggs benedict was cold but the potatoes Were delicious and hot!! Ty for having us again!

    Another good experience at Nona Blue! The only drawback was that it was a busy lunchtime so service was slow but that was ok with the purpose of this meal. Food was great and service was attentive and not over bearing.
