Well 1st, I have never been to Nordstrom Grill before. Open table says you need to make a reservation, so I did. When we arrived there were 6 people there , the waiter said to us 2 people & I said I made a reservation, he laughed. My husband thought it looked like a cafeteria. Open table said it had a fireplace, it doesn’t. It doesn’t, you have to go into the Nordstrom store to use the restroom. We ordered drinks, which we were the only ones doing so, everyone else was drinking soda or water. They were looking at us like we were nuts. We then ordered an appetizer, & our main meal which my husband had a Turkey Club (because he was nervous about the food) I got the Filet Mignon with a vegetable & potatoes . I have to say the Appetizer was delicious, my dinner was de& my husband liked his club sandwich. We took the waiters advice & split the bread pudding desert. That was also was delicious. Overall I will only be going there again when I am shopping all day, never again for a special or a Date night

The waitstaff are lovely. They redid the booths. It’s very pretty and more comfortable.

Good morning, dear friends, I ate with my family and children. They served me the meat for the children very spicy. I told them it was for them and they bothered to change it for me, but they didn't do it anyway. We ordered dessert, they didn't give it to take away because it was supposedly late to eat there, but there were still people there eating and everything arrived in bad condition. The cardboard got wet, it opened and the dessert was damaged.

My waitress was excellent her name was Patty this was my second visit and I requested Patty because she provides excellent customer service and treat you like a family member the food is very good I was very surprised of the quality of the food being that it's in a restaurant store I recommend it to anybody

My visit to Nordstrom Grill at Roosevelt Field was a delight from start to finish, with standout service and a menu that satisfied everyone at our table. Juanito was particularly attentive, anticipating our needs and ensuring our dining experience was exceptional—exactly the level of service one hopes for at Nordstrom. The Brussels sprouts were a true revelation; the combination of sweet honey, the crunch of peanuts, and a kick of hot chilies created a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that I highly recommend. The children’s menu also impressed with its variety, although my kids tend to gravitate towards the comforting simplicity of the buttered pasta. Whether you’re dining with family or friends, make sure to ask for Juanito and try the Brussels sprouts—you’ll thank me later!

My husband, my one year old son, and I always come here! It’s always something special or on a whim. We love the fact we can dine here and have an experience with little to no issues. We love having Juanito as our server! He’s kind, professional, friendly and always makes the best drinks. He has really shown his personality with us and we sincerely appreciate that! To my embarrassment , my one year old knocked his food off the table and Juanito understood! As a new mom, things like that have us feeling so apologetic!! But I am appreciative that he was not annoyed and he also shared his experiences. He is always making us feel welcomed and I am so happy to write this review to praise him and his work ethic. Thanks to Nordstrom for hiring a wonderful individual such as Juanito. 5 stars for food, ambiance and of course… the amazing service— always! The staff at the Grill should be very proud and happy to know they have represented themselves so well. I love sharing this recommendation to people. Thanks again and thank you so much to Juanito! Until next time .. Food: Calamari, Salad and Salmon, Halibut Drinks: Next Flight Out and of course the Apple Sangria!

Service was very good. I had the shrimp tacos, which had a tiny amount of overcooked shrimp and the tortillas tasted like cardboard. The server did her best to accommodate by bringing out hard shells, which were worse. Lettuce in Caesar salad had brown spots. Ambiance was comparable to a holiday Inn breakfast buffet. One and done. Won’t be back.
