With simple ingredients and bold flavors, Normandie has created a name for itself within the Central Eastside’s lauded food scene. Normandie is a neighborhood bistro that combines French inspiration with the bounties of the Pacific Northwest.     Fantastic meal! We had the pate, gnocchi, burger, beignets, and deviled eggs. Everything was delicious. Service was attentive and the environment quiet and relaxing.

    This was our first visit to Normandie and we were quite pleased. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching all the action. The menu focused on small plates; we tried 7 dishes and all were well made, seasoned to our liking, served hot, and with little delay. We will go back soon.

    The food was creative but not delicious. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Loud thumping music made it hard to have a conversation.
